Bella's Best Buys

Bella’s Best Buys

Ok so my first articles have now been printed in the Hampton Gazette & the women’s magazine, Queenbee. I can’t tell you how excited I am. It’s been a challenging & exciting learning curve and I’m loving every minute of it. I wanted to do Bella’s Best Buys so I could share how I got on with products that I’ve tried. I promise I will always give you an honest review, but this is just my opinion, so it’ll be great to hear your thoughts in my comments 🙂

You can see my articles under my ‘featured’ section. You can also read these magazines on issuu. So please, check them out 🙂

So welcome to Bella’s Best Buys for April.

I hope you find them helpful if you’re looking to change up your beauty bag.

Clarins One-Step Facial Cleanser with orange extract

Bella's Best Buys

£16.10, all

I was given a sample of this after a consultation and have just fallen in love with it. It’s water based which means that it soaks into the skin easily when applied. The presence of Orange and Moringa seeds gives the product a pure feeling and it smells so good. It is more expensive than you’d pay for a high street cleanser and toner but trust me, it’s worth it. Another plus is that it’s a cleanser and toner in one, this saves a lot of time. I have tried alternatives but this is by far the best and leaves my skin feeling amazing. Thumbs up from me.

MAC Lipstick, Velvet Teddy

Bella's Best Buys

£15.50, MAC

This lipstick was on my wish list after a recommendation and I love, love, love it! It literally feels like the name, a velvet teddy. The colour is a very subtle nude shade and if you’ve read my ‘makeup for the slopes’ post you know I like to apply clear lipgloss to most lipsticks, I just like the shine. I’m sure this won’t be my last MAC lipstick, they have so many colours to collect.

The best thing is, if you buy MAC makeup, save your empty’s and you can return 6 of these to the shop for a free lipstick, so you’re not only adding to your colour collection but also helping the environment 🙂

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Bella's Best Buys

£16.55, QVC (website,

You may not think of QVC as your first stop for makeup but it’s worth a browse. I explained in my past blogs that my eyelashes have always been terrible! They have a mind of their own, which is basically, no mind at all! So when I tried this mascara I was pleasantly surprised. It costs more than I’d normally pay for a mascara but it’s definitely worth the money. Using this, my eyelashes curl, thicken and look more defined.

Ok, so what do you think? Have you tried any of these products? What products do you love right now?
